How long does a made to order piece take?
Once your order is placed, please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for diamond selection, production, and delivery.
While we always aim to deliver as soon as possible, timelines can occasionally shift slightly. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
If for some reason you need it by a specific date or sooner please reach out to see if we can accomodate as we will always try our best where possible.
Can I choose my diamond?
Absolutely! Once your order is placed, we’ll reach out with a curated selection of hand-picked diamonds based on your preferred size, shape, and any specific ratio requirements.
You’ll be able to view IGI certificates and 360° videos for each option to help you make your selection. If none of the initial options are quite right, just let us know, we’re happy to source more until you find the perfect one.
Otherwise, if you prefer, we’re more than happy to choose a beautiful diamond for you.
Adelaide Delivery
Where possible, if you are based in Adelaide I would love to personally hand deliver your item and say a big thank you. If you would prefer contactless delivery that's ok too and your order will be sent and insured with Australia Post or DHL.

Resizing
We provide complimentary resizing for all our rings if they don't fit perfectly, but please be aware that you'll be responsible for the postage and insurance costs. In some instances if re-sizing isn't an option your ring will be re-made at no additional cost.
