The experience we had with Diana from Lux was amazing. Even though we lived in a different state the communication was great. Every request we had was met and met with perfection. To Speak to Diana and not just email was so much easier and designing the ring was really fun.
The team at Luxe were fantastic. A million times easier to deal with than local dealers. I made contact and within the hour, had a high quality diamond option sent to me, ring paid for, and order processed. Was told it would take a few weeks for the order to be made and arrived much earlier than expected.

I couldn’t be happier with the wedding bands we chose. We had a relaxed appointment trying different options and were able to discuss different customisations. The rings were completed quickly and we even got to add a personalised engraving. Diana offered advice and was very patient and helpful. We are so excited to get married and wear our rings every day!
