Initially she sent out the ring sizing tool to assist with making sure it fits perfect the first time. She showed extraordinary patience as I was nervous due to being such a large purchase and the timing wasn’t quite right, She patiently waited and some time later it was time to get the process moving. From choosing the material through to finding a diamond to the size and specification within my budget , she made it so stress free. I was kept in the loop through the whole process even with postage. The extra attention to detail of even sending a video of the finished result was incredible. The service that I experience you would certainly not get anywhere else. The quality is amazing , the ring is beautiful and I am so incredibly lucky to go through this experience with the help of Luxe by West.
