I was looking for the perfect ring , something special with some money my late father gave me.
This 2ct diamond ring is nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I opened the box, I was completely captivated. The diamond’s brilliance is exceptional it catches the light beautifully from every angle it sparkles.
I’ve had lots of compliments.
It’s a little big but I’m consider stacking with a nice 3/4 1.8MM diamond band.
Diana was great to deal with, although only through email, she answered every question I had and promptly.

From start to finish , the whole process has been amazing. Diana’s customer service is second to none. Initially she sent out the ring sizing tool to assist with making sure it fits perfect the first time. She showed extraordinary patience as I was nervous due to being such a large purchase and the timing wasn’t quite right, She patiently waited and some time later it was time to get the process moving. From choosing the material through to finding a diamond to the size and specification within my budget , she made it so stress free. I was kept in the loop through the whole process even with postage. The extra attention to detail of even sending a video of the finished result was incredible. The service that I experience you would certainly not get anywhere else. The quality is amazing , the ring is beautiful and I am so incredibly lucky to go through this experience with the help of Luxe by West.
