Where possible, if you are based in Adelaide I would love to personally hand deliver your item and say a big thank you. If you would prefer contactless delivery that's ok too and your order will be sent and insured with Australia Post or DHL.

Production Time
Once your order has been finalised and payment made, please allow up to 4 weeks for production. This may be brought forward or delayed in some instances. We will communicate with you should there be any delays.
Bespoke Order Finalisation
Once your order has been finalised and placed, no further changes can be made. Each custom order has had it's gemstones purchased specifically for your ring and is tailored to your exact specifications. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your ring or require adjustments, I will do my best and work with you to find a suitable solution. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I strive to ensure that you love your ring as much as humanly possible.
Resizing
We provide free resizing for all our rings if they don't fit perfectly, but please be aware that you'll be responsible for the postage and insurance costs.
